Matted To Perfection!!

I love rocking matte makeup! I always get asked how I do it? So here is how I get this look!

Hope you like it!

First, I use +Modelsprefer Professional Energy Lift Primer. I love this primer on days I need a enregy lift. Use it like a moisturizer!

Then, using +Modelsprefer Professional Eye primer! 

Excuse my panda eyes! 

Use your finger and rub it in. Don't worry, it's not going to leave your eye lids white. 

Next, using my +maccosmetics Mineralize foundation, I love to pump 3 pumps on the back of my hands to warm the foundation. 

Then using my foundation brush, I apply my foundation following the direction of my facial hair.

Now here is my secret! Using +maccosmetics Fix + and +kitcosmetic blender sphere, spray MAC Fix+ 3 times  on the blender sphere.

Using a rocking motion (Don't rub) this helps blend your foundation and matte it.

Now do you see the difference? The brush leaves me looking very shiney and with the help of +maccosmetics Fix+ and Kit Cosmetic blender sphere leaves my face matted to perfection.

Using my "BFF" concealer by MAC Cosmetic, to hid the panda eye's. You can use the blender sphere to blend your concealer.

Now using my +maccosmetics PREP+PRIMER to set my makeup!!!

To finish the look I used +loreal paris Gel Liner and +maccosmetics Satin Amorous Lipstick.

♥ Smokey Valentine's Day Makeup! ♥

Smokey Eye's  with Calvin Klein Copper, Fake Lashes with Black Eye Liner & Red Lips.

Start with face primer, foundation and eye primer.

I am loving Calvin Klein's copper eye shadow. It's a creme eye shadow.

I have already set my fake eye lashes and black liner.

Using a flat brush, apply CK creme eye shadow from the inner corner of your eyes to the middle of your eyes. With creme shadows, I find a dabbing motion tends work and set perfectly. Keep applying the eye shadow until you reach your desired colour.

Using a fluffy brush, to smoke the eyes. I was amazed how Maybelline MNY Black is very pigmented and it has a slight shimmer as well. 

Starting from the corner of your eyes work in the black shadow. Use a wiper motion. Keep applying the eye shadow until you reach your desired colour.

Using your concealer and a marker (from the corner of your nostrils to the corner of your eyes) as shown in the picture. I like using a marker to give me a cat's eye effect without the black eyeliner.

Start with a lip liner and then use a lipstick brush, I applied Ultra 3 red lipstick. You don't need to use a brush just my preference. 

I finished my look with a soft peach blush. I also used my satin finish powder to blend in the blush.
